DFT has worked closely with companies such as Apple Computer, Adobe Systems, The Tiffen Company, and Avid Technologies to create innovative products.
Add three Emmy Awards and experience in creating visual effects for hundreds of feature films, commercials and television shows and you have a recipe for success. Mastery of user interface design, usability and integration of customer input inspires the creation of productive and highly specialized software.
Perry Paolini
Perry is co-founder an Chief Product Designer of Influx Software, LLC and plays an instrumental role in the product development and day-to-day operations. Perry has spent several years in the investment real estate industry and has been aligned with Matthew focusing on the financial analysis of commercial real estate. His responsibilities have included the formulation of acquisition / disposition strategies, extensive analysis, valuations, and real estate operations. Perry specializes in the creation of complex Microsoft Excel financial models, completion of Argus runs, market research, and market trending.
Perry is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance & Administration from California State University at Channel Islands.
Matthew E. Friedman
Matthew is co-founder and managing principal of Influx Software, LLC and participates in the product development and day-to-day management. Throughout his tenure, Matthew has formed and managed multiple real estate companies while working closely with an array of private and institutional investors ranging from REITs, pension funds, lenders, and private companies. He has directly participated in the investment and advisory of commercial real estate valued in excess of $1.5 billion.
For over a decade, Matthew Friedman has focused on commercial real estate investments throughout the country. Having earned the reputation of being an astute investor and advisor, he is known for his innovation and dedication to the investment real estate industry. Matthew has been featured in various real estate media sources including but not limited to the Wall Street Journal, GlobeSt.com, Crittenden, Real Estate Southern California Magazine, Multi-Family Executive, and regional newspapers.
Matthew graduated from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. He is a licensed California Real Broker, member of the Urban Land Institute, National Multi-Housing Council, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
